Saying goodbye to typepad....

After close to 5 years of blogging on typepad I have decided to bid a fond farawell. I've moved over to wordpress and love it... I will keep this blog up for one month but will not be updating it.... if you are interested in following me on Wordpress you can find my new blog at:

Beautiful Bride.....

  I simply loved being a part of this small wedding.... photographing a small event makes it even more personal. Thank you to M and S for letting me be a part of it....

 

 

Simply amazing...

What an amazing weekend.... starting with a beautiful wedding on Friday! (I will post photos later tonight), gorgeous bride, handsome groom and a room full of family, just what a wedding should be.

Saturday was off to a Fun senior session - and then to an engagment sessions, those photos coming later...

Yesterday ended the weekend with a beautiful friend who allowed me to photograph her and 2 little girls that are the sweetes 1 year old twins... 

when you have friends this beautiful, photography is not difficult!...

   

 

and then these 2...who were born early at 34 weeks and truly miracles...

       

P & E... Engagement session

This was such a great engagement session, it only makes me look forward even more to their wedding in October! These two can truly make eachother laugh and their love is evident! Such fun!

     

Happy first day of Spring! Here we are again, my season is really strarting to move with sessions and now weddings! (As my hubby said this morning...did your season ever stop?) Got some sessions this weekend, but most excited about being part of a small local bridal show in Haymarket VA. This is for local businesses and brides. I'm a commited to being part of the community and this is one of those things!

I'm excited about the 7 weddings on the 'books' for this year! Still have some dates available!

And my models for the Sandy Puc models are still on the regional 1st place....keep those votes coming!

Updated Sessions - Northern Virginia Photographer

So I've been busy, but that's normal for me. I've changed around my blog a little, cleaned it up. Now it's time to share some from my lastest sessions, both were super fun and totally urban! Last weekend was beautiful here in Northern VA.... so we took total advantage of it!

First is my beautiful Senior Rep, such a great kid as well! Totally loves the camera, this was a super fun session.

   

Now this adorable brother/sister due were so fun! They are the models trying to win the 2009 Model Charity Search... you can vote for them at National Charity Model Search   they are part of the Washington DC region. Each vote is $1 which goes to NILMDTS! Voting ends April 2nd.

Sorrounded by talent

I can't believe that it's been about 3 weeks since my post. Crazy...but that's my life! I was honored to spend time sorrounded by great photography talent this past Saturday! We got together for an awesome networking event which was the best 5 hours I've spent! Friends, talent, hanging out, way to much food, learning from each other! Just awesome!

One of S's Christmas present was a huge lego starwars ship.... he loves legos.... so...

1360+ pieces, at least 9 hours later we have a very proud of himself kid! I'm pretty proud also! Way to go Steven!
